Shipping within Australia

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and packed ready for dispatch.
Orders are packed on TUESDAYSTHURSDAYS and collected by our courier on the following morning.For standard delivery we use a courier company, who do not deliver to PO boxes, so when completing your purchase, please provide an alternative delivery address. (If you are in an area which is not serviced by our courier, we will send via Australia Post)
Delivery times will vary according to location and the delivery schedule of the courier company, or Australia Post.

All delivery costs are determined by weight/size, and include tracking.

Garzie + May is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping

Express Post within Australia (Australia post)* NO EXPRESS SERVICES AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT (Please contact us prior to placing an order if you want to arrange express delivery

$15 (up to 500grams) $20 (up to 3kg) $25 (up to 5kg)

Express Post packages will be posted same day when orders placed before 2pm. After that time they will be shipped next working day.

Please note if your order exceeds 5kg. You will not have an EXPRESS shipping option available to you at checkout and we will need to organise a shipping quote for you. All express orders are sent using Australia post

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to New Zealand, United States and the United Kingdom. The prices listed on our website only go up to 2kg.
Please note if your order exceeds 2kg. You will not have a shipping option available to you at checkout and we will need to organise a shipping quote for you.
*PLEASE NOTE* Some countries may charge an additional  Government or Customs tax when you pick up your parcel. This is not an Australian tax and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay this, not Garzie and May.


We will only Exchange or Refund on faulty items, NOT change of mind so please choose carefully.

All items have strict product care instructions. Refunds or exchanges will not be honored if these instructions have not been followed correctly.

Returning your faulty item

Please make yourself familiar with the characteristics of the Kantha stitch by reading the information on the back of the tag that arrives with your item. More information on the kantha stitch can also be found under each product on our website.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your item and please include photos

Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded. Refund does not include shipping costs.

Sale & Discounted Items
All sales of sale items are final, we will not exchange or refund on sale items or on discounted items.

Damaged packages

Garzie + May takes extra care when packaging your order therefore we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
