Can I put a doona inside your Garzie + May quilts?
No you can't. All our quilts are coverlet quilts only and can not fit a doona inside them (our sizing does not allow for this option anyway- as all our quilts are larger than a standard doona size).

Will this item be re-stocked?
If the Sold Out item is still visible on our website- then yes it will be back.
We try to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. We will list a re-stock month for each item- and then as soon as we have an eta for this piece we will then update the website with an exact re-stock date for each.

I have received my item and some kantha stitches poking out. Is this normal?
Yes! This is completely normal and a characteristic of the kantha product. the kantha stitch is a continuous running stitch that is not necessarily knotted at each end. Therefore small ends may poke out here and there. This is not a fault, and the stitching will not come all the way out unless physically pulled from one end to the other.
We recommend when washing your items that you do not wash them with anything that will pull on the stitches. Eg. garments with buttons. 

How do I look after my Garzie + May quilt?
All our products arrive to you with care instructions included.
We recommend a COLD gentle machine wash using washing products that are gentle and will not strip the colours.
All our dyes are 100% natural and need to be looked after.
We have a natural sensitive washing powder available to purchase on our website which will keep your Garzie + May in beautiful condition.
Line dry in the shade with print facing out of the sun.
Do not soak, or bleach.
If you get a mark or stain on your quilt that you can not remove- please contact us and we will see if we can offer any stain removal advice.

Are your quilts warm enough for Winter?
All our Kantha quilts + pillow covers are made from 100% cotton with 100% cotton wadding, Therefore they are heat regulated.
They are the perfect weight to be used on their own in Summer, and in Winter they are great as an extra blanket for added warmth.

Can you do custom orders?
Sometimes yes!
It is best to email us with your enquiry so we can give you an accurate answer.
We have done many custom jobs in the past for Resorts and Hotels, As well as custom sized pieces to suit caravan and boat beds.
We are happy to do custom sizing, However we do not do custom prints.

Can I have my order sent Express Post?
We do not offer express post services as a standard option at the checkout, as our warehouse is only packing orders two days a week. However if you are wanting to order something and need it urgently, Please send us an email requesting an express delivery and we me be able to arrange this for you at an additional cost. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! All International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. Some countries may charge an additional tax when your order clears customs. (more information about this can be found on our Shipping + Returns page)
